Do you work with all textures of hair?

Yes, at Tranquil Curls Head Spa we pride ourselves in having experience working with all textures of hair from straight to curly, kinky, and coily.

What can I expect during my head spa experience with Tranquil Curls?

You can expect to be greeted by warm and friendly staff in a calm and cozy environment. We will walk you through all of the steps of your head spa service to ensure that you feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered.

Can I book a head spa experience if my hair is short?

Of course! It doesn't matter if you have short hair, long hair, or no hair we can service you. Japanese Head Spa traditionally focuses on relaxation, massage techniques, and a healthy scalp. Having short hair or no hair does not prevent you from receiving services.

Are the products used in your head spa safe and natural?

We only use the best products on our clients! In fact, we are apart of the Cecred Pro Program and we only use Cecred products in our head spa services.

What if I have specific scalp or hair concerns?

No need to worry! Our stylist do a thorough hair and scalp analysis as apart of every head spa service to help determine the best way to approach your hair and scalp needs.

Does my head spa experience come with a blow dry or style?

Our head spa services do include a basic blow dry. We currently do not offer styling services but we will be offering them soon!

How should I prepare for my first visit?

To prepare for your visit please come with your hair thoroughly detangled and free of any braids or protective styles. Also, your face should be clean and free of any make up products.

Is a deposit required to book my head spa experience?

We do not require a deposit to book! You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your service time without penalty.
